H.T. Kinney has nearly 30 years of experience as a coach in the NCAA ranks, including Division I stints at Liberty, Nicholls, Hofstra, and Wagner. He began his career on the defensive side of the ball before quickly finding his niche on offense where he displayed a wide variety of expertise, coaching the quarterbacks, running backs, tight ends, and offensive line positions. While serving as offensive coordinator at Nicholls, Kinney’s offense was one of the top rushing teams in the nation and helped the Colonels claim their first Southland championship in 2005. Kinney won at least one league title at each DI program where he coached, with the last coming in 2010 at Liberty.
